Rail Industry Medicals & Drug Screening
All our testing staff are RISQS approved. As such they are able to carry out both PTS medicals alongside drug & alcohol testing for all UK Rail Industry workers that perform safety critical roles. These tests can be carried out at the workplace or via prior appointment at any one of our 50 testing sites.

Workplace Drug Testing
Hybrid Medical use the latest substance misuse detection technology. Not only can we detect the presence of alcohol and typical Class ‘A’ & Class ‘B’ drugs, but our testing kits can also detect NPS, otherwise known as legal highs with reliable accuracy. With more that 16 different drugs tested for, you can trust our screening results.
Further to this, our testing kits all carry the gold-standard CE mark, meaning that all essential requirements set by Directive EC/98/79 – in-vitro diagnostic devices are adhered to.
Finally, we only use UKAS 17025 accredited Laboratories for testing purposes.
Chain Of Custody
All of our testing staff are trained to follow the European Workplace Drug Testing Society guidelines, ensuring that they are aware of all requirements and responsibilities and always follow a comprehensive chain of custody process, ensuring sample integrity.
